if your face gets oily throughout the day, you can always put pressed powder into your bag and apply it on throughout the day. Pressed powder soaks up all the oily face points and leave it looking nice. I suggest covergirl trublend pressed powder.

For you hair you can always buy leave-on hair masks. I recommend Herbal essences dangerously straight cream or Loreal Paris Elvive total repair mask.

For your face, you should blot occasionally during your school day. I don't know if your school bathrooms have it, but look for the tissue toilet seat covers. They are the thinner version of tracing paper, and are great blotting sheets. They absorb a lot of oil, and give your face a cleaner look and feel. If you cut them into squares and fill them into an empty Altoids tin, they will be easy to carry around.

As for your hair, take vitamin C to maintain its health, vitamins A and B to generate growth, and vitamin E if your hair is falling out. If you use heating tools to style your hair, please do not forget to use a heat protector. This is the best thing you can do for your hair if you are going to expose it to such high temperatures for the sake of styling it. If you don't do this, your hair will become brittle and you'll get split ends. If you already have split ends, not protecting it will make it even worse. When you shampoo your hair, try to use a sulfate-free shampoo. The sulfates are what work to clean the hair, but also strip it of all moisture. Use a repairing conditioner after you shampoo, and every other time that you wash your hair, use a deep conditioner, like Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle. Your hair will feel like a baby's, and will smell so good. When you comb your hair, use wide-toothed comb, so not to cause any more breakage to the hair, and spritz on a leave in conditioner spray, or apply any cream leave-in to make your hair easier to comb through. When styling your hair, use a silicone serum to add shine and tame the frizz, especially for those hot days. The silicone will also act as a seal to reduce the appearance of split ends.

I hope this helps, and good luck!

    New Hair Products! Use:

Shampoo-Dove Damage Therapy, Intensive Repair (smells amazing too)

Deep Conditioner- Garnier Fructis Haircare Fortifying Deep Conditioner 3 Minute Masque, Sleek & Shine

Depending on your hair style it will change what styling products you use but i like leave-in conditioner for my curly hair without blow drying.

    Skin-Care Routine-

Wash it with an oil free wash!- Clean and Clear Morning Bursts are good.

Use a toner if you wish!

Do not forget moisturizer! Use a lighter oil-free moisturizer in the morning!

    I hope this helps (:

take a translucent pressed face powder to school and keep it in your bag , touch it up during breaks during the school day to help oily skin , also wash your face every morning and night with a cleanser to clean excess oils from your face and use a toner after, when done with that use an OIL FREE ( very important ) moisturizer. it really helps. for your hair try not to use heat on it and use a moisturizing conditioner and mask , put it up if iy bothers you and get the dead ends trimmed off. good luck :)

hi, I'm filipino, too(: I live in FL currently and the weather here is the same: hot and humid.

    here's what I do:

you could always exfoliate your face for brighter skin (I have facial scrubs, but I've found that a little 'virgin olive oil + brown sugar' OR 'honey + baking soda' works just as efficiently), remember to moisturize your skin, as well. and to stop oily skin, you might want to invest in some good face powder (my grandmother used to have oily skin and she'd use baby powder to remove oiliness from her face AND from her hair).

for your hair, I suggest not washing it everyday as shampooing too often strips hair of it's natural oils and to compensate for these lost oils, it OVERPRODUCES more oils giving the look/feel of oilier hair. try to train your hair to shampooing/conditioning once every other day and to control oil, use a dry shampoo or baby powder (flip hair upside down and sprinkle baby powder on crown & roots, leave in for 5 minutes or so, then brush/comb out until you don't see any more white/grey) for the days in between if you feel like your hair is too oily.

you might want to switch up your shampoo/conditioner and rotate brands because constantly using one brand will leave 'muck' and you might want a clarifying shampoo to get rid of the excess product in your hair.

I wash my hair every 2-3 days and shower everyday. my hair is not oily anymore. just my bangs sometimes because of their contact with my face.
