Poll ~ In your opinion, is a guy automatically cool if he plays the guitar?

not really. i've known some dorks that play guitar

Some ladies would think that it is sexy but when and if they form a badn, it would suck b/c while she's out dancing with every body and their brother you have to be on stage.... She may find someone else in the long run to go hang with b/c you are to busy with the guitar... Some guys thing their a great player and singer but in actuality they suck and they are just irritating but no one wants to tell them b/c they don't want to hurt anyones feelings. Some people do like to hear live music when at a party some would think it is better then a radio or cd's.... I think guys who do this are doing it b/c they like what they do, they may like to entertain others as well as liking their own hobby... Some though may use it as a pick up but highly doubt they get very fair and if they do it will probably be just one night stands...

First I just want to say that I play guitar and am quite good at it.. and I know for a fact that I have gotten laid solely off of my abilities with a guitar. With that said, no it doesn't automatically make you cool.

But you have to be a complete effing Douche to not get laid if you are good at guitar

Not necessarily - my dad plays the guitar and he's definitely not cool.
