You really need to get your hands on some antibiotics, strep throat can lead to other ailments if not treated.
Just go see the doc, they'll hook you up in less than 20 minutes, and you'll feel better by tomorrow.

It is very important that you get to the doc immediately. I grew up with a girl who ignored her sore throat and eventually she ended up with rheumatic fever. This happens when you swallow the bacteria in your throat and it travels to the heart and attacks it! You can end up with permanent damage to your heart! So, get to the doctor right away!!

Lemon juice always helps me whenever I have a sore throat. You can try that and then vinegar with water. Both lemon juice and vinegar are acidic and help burn away the mucus.
