If you love him then you should definetly steer clear of this direction since there are law restricting consequences for you both. Don't do anything. Even if he weren't married this is really unusual unless maybe one is 85 and one is 65. But a 23 year old dating a 43 year old is really odd. IF you're 43 then a 23 year old should be laughably immature for you (regardless of the person). You will be at vastly different stages of your life and it will never work out.
