My dog does the same thing exactly. It may get annoying but all it wants to do is love you completly. It never wants to be seperated from you. She will keep doing this till the end of his life. And don't shoo him away for doing this. You should reward his with giving him kisses and loving like he is doing to you by following you around.

Your dog loves you! Mine is the same way. When i'm gone for a long time and finally get home, she jumps like 4 feet in the air because she's so excited! Dogs like a master and to him, you're his master so he follows you around.

He sounds like a loving and affectionate dog. However, if he starts yelping and crying for attention if he CAN'T follow you, he might have an abandonment issue.

I doubt it if there's multiple people in the house though. I have an Australian Shepard Corgi mix.

Oh, by the way watch out for your dog's health. Rottweilers don't live long.

The dog loves you. Aussies and Rotties are both bred to be guard dogs (and the Aussie is also a cattle herding dog) so they like to follow you around and 'guard you'. My Aussie, Desperado- Des-, is always beside me.

He is loyal and loves you. I'm sure you fell the same and look forward to seeing your pet when you come home. My pets are the same way.
