Weight training/ aching left arm?

Hi there, I'm a 24 year old male from the united kingdom, I've been weight training for around 4 months now, Its not everyday i get aches in my arms, though i trained last night on my arms and woke up this morning with a dull ache in my left bicep which radiates down towards my wrist, I'm also worried about my showing veins, they seem to be sticking out in my arms really badly, though i was this is natural, i have a big vein running down both of my biceps, when i try to squeeze my left hand together, it feels week and i have less grip strength. I also trained my triceps last night also...

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you

    since the other guy didnt provide much help I'll help you out buddy, as a personal trainer I recommend to my clients to ice the irritated or sore are after each workout in intervals, for example apply for 20 minutes then remove for 20 minutes. if that doesn't work for about a week. thhe traditional heat pack should do the trick.

    You only other options are to rest your arm for weeks until you start feeling comfortable lifting again, or the most extreme option is to only lift light, its hard to build up muscle that way but last thing you want to do is have surgery due to complications, good luck
