Has anyone ever made quesadillas from leftover pork roast?

did you use taco seasoning for spice or did you use other things such as cumin or chili powder?

    taco seasoning just. its a blend of everything.

    Don't use taco seasoning because it has salt and your meat is already salted and the cheese is salted as well. Taco seasoning will just saturate your food with far too much sodium and will be overkill.

    Stick with cumin as it has a woody, warm, earthy flavor that would best compliment the richness of the meat, cheese and butter.

    use chili powder,and a bit of brown sugar
