I think doing a black/grey smokey eye would look good, it'd give you a sexy, seductive look with your red dress(: then have red lips!

i would say a gold eyeshadow no colors because that would just go bad with the dress
stay neutral
the gold will add shimmer
eyeliner
a lot of mascara
and a nude lip gloss
bronzer if u need it

Smokey colour eye shadows (browns, greys and blacks) go with most things so this is always an option. Alternatively, you could go with a nude, possible shimmery with a hint of gold in it.
