what makes the question recieve stars?!?

I am really sad, I don't receive stars for my questions? I just have only 20 stars....!

    You movie star via clicking that little movie star decrease than the question... the only to the left of that little flag. The extra stars a question has, the further human beings imagine the question is exciting. And extra stars propose extra acceptance for the author.
