Yes. He never leaves or returns without slamming his front door, which is about 3-4 feet away from mine. But the main proof is, when he moved in just about a month ago, he brought his skunk plants with him. The whole landing reeked all day and most of the night, then to cap it all, he has them on display on the windowsill, in full view where everybody can see them, to catch all the sun we've been having lately!

They aren't psycho, but I live in an apartment so we share a little step thing to get to our door, and they're out there from 6pm - 4am. They're so loud and when ever I open my door they turn right around and stare at me like I'm not supposed to opening my door!

And then if I park and come in they just stare at me the whole time and watch me go in my house in silence, then as soon as I close the door they start carrying on.

It makes me not even want to go outside.

Well, I have 3 and 1 of them isnt psycho hes psycho x 200000 lol. He put up posts in our driveway so we couldn't get out. Hes used to make a ton of money but hes broke. So loser/ psyco, yes.

Now, the last house had a true blue racist hill billy next door- he was something to watch.

And, he was proud of his "heritage"...oh, and on the dole, naturally. And, his wife can't leave the house unless he says it's ok.

And, his cousin tried to live in a camper in the backyard. Lastly, he rents the garage out with a chemical toilet.

So, I'd say he was odd.

No. I live in an apartment. The people next to me are okay (but their son has a crush on me T_T) But the lady upstairs beats her children (not kidding) and the cops are always there but they do nothing. It's really sad. Oh and neither does the manager. He does nothing

yes. he wakes me up every morning because he just HAS TO mow his lawn over and over again for over 2 hours each day. drives me nuts!!
