What is the most messed up country in Europe?

Im gonna go with the U.k, its been in economic recession causing loads of job losses and more people on benefits, and cutting money on education and in health. I think that england is ruled by the rich, who exploit the poor. And those who are in need don't get. And also britain is putting all this money into he olympics why? We've got more important things to worry about. Then the government go about acting as if theres nothing wrong. Sorry for the rant, and im from england too lol :)

Economically, Greece.

Romania, Latvia, Azerbaijan, Poland and recently Greece.

Andorra. The have something like a $7 defense / military budget, and they use it to buy bullets to shoot off when celebrating a national holiday.

I think it is part of Russia lying in Europe.
