Centers, simply because they do less running than guards. Of course in the end it all depends on the player and what kind of shape they're in.

Here is a top 10 list of the players with the most games played:
Robert Parish - Big
Kareem Abdul Jabbar - Big
John Stockton - Guard
Karl Malone - Big
Kevin Willis - Big
Moses Malone - Big
Buck Williams - Big
Elvin Hayes - Big
Sam Perkins - Big
Charles Oakley - Big
Although you generally see more big men have their careers cut short due to injury, those that don't suffer serious injuries generally have longer careers than guards. This is due to the fact that, unlike guards, they don't rely heavily on speed, which is the first skill to go.

You think of many former superstar guards (Jordan, Magic, Drexler, West, Kobe) while on the big men side they are not so numerous: Hakeem Olajauwon, Kareem, Tim Duncan, The Admiral, Wilt, and George Mikan are ones that come to mind

guards definately because they dont bang and bruise down-low in the post like big men... look at Blake Griffin, Greg Oden, Ming Yao, Shaquille(my birth name) O'Neal, they get injured much more frequently. its become a point guard league, Nash, Kidd, Fisher have lasted so long because u need a 1G to run the system. now Wall, Paul, Harris, Rose are the future to having a successful team although it hasnt worked for the t-wolves

showtime gave a brilliant answer.
Bigmen rely less on athletiscm than smaller players, so they can play into their mid 30's. However, big guys are more susceptible to knee and back injuries due to their large size.
Overall, it really depends on the player.
