Actually Clinton was the one who initially ruined the economy; Bush inherited the base of this mess started by NAFTA and intensified it by waging war and, Obama put some additional strain on this whole mess with his policies and choosing a very bad administration staff. Not to mention the Ultimate blame rightfully belongs to Congress as they're really the most corrupted part of our checks and Balance system for decades now and, just about everything a President does and/or wants to do must pass through the approval of Congress.

Ultimately, Clinton and, Congress are to Blame but everyone else after that has NOT made anything any better at all.

In fact, unemployment never went above 10.3% when under Reagan, who inherited a much smaller recession than the one Obama inherited, unemployment reached 10.8%. In addition, the dollar is stronger, there are major projects underway to rebuild our old infrastructure, and health care reform will begin to address the ridiculous costs in our health system. So, it took Reagan 3 years (and record deficits) to end the Carter recession. In a year and a half, Obama appears to have made serious progress in ending the Bush recession.

they are only here in North america to experience for themselves the success of the media induced stupor/inaction and watch how the public take bad legislation passed by their own congress so very calmly like docile children.

You might want to check your recent history. The economy was in full wreck-mode before Obama took the oath. Economic recoveries don't happen overnight.
