Im thinking of getting a honda fury for my first bike.?
I use to ride little dirt bikes when I was like 11 but im 28 now and I just sold my 81 vette to get a bike and the honda fury I love. Is this a good bike for me or would you suggest something else. Its a 1300 cc is that to big for me for I guess a beginner. I was very responsible with my vette in the two years I owned it never did anything stupid with it, never spun the tires or speed in it. That was my baby but vettes are ridiculous to fix up the in prices. So please help.

your responsibility with a car is irrelevant. The bike is too big for any beginner.

I rode one last year and it is not all that powerful, lots of torque though. The bike does sit low, not sure how the rake on the front end would work out for a beginner. It didn't bother me any but I've been riding a long time. Most people would suggest a smaller bike and they're probably right. But it's your money and your flesh. There may be better options, but I certainly wouldn't say it's a very bad idea or anything like that.

It shouldn't be a problem if you take it easy. The center of gravity is very low and the bike is easy to ride and control.
