Who are the top prospects in the 2011 baseball draft?

The last two drafts have had clear #1 prospects (Steven Strasburg and Bryce Harper) that are projected to be players around which the Nationals can build a winning franchise. Since my favorite team (the Orioles) are stinking up tha joynt this year & are likely to get the top pick next year, is there a clear-cut, franchise-changing #1 prospect in next year's draft that O's fans can dream about? If not, who are the top five-or-so prospects? (links to scouting reports would be appreciated.)

Update:

Anthony Rendon. Good call: a third baseman with a great swing, good pitch recognition and a good eye. Also a solid defensive 3B with an above-average arm. If he has a good year, he'll have the advantage of being a position player rather than a pitcher in getting the #1 overall spot.

And the O's could use a 3B, even if Josh Bell becomes a stud. Either Bell or Rendon could switch to 1B. If Manny Machado matures quickly and Brian Roberts gets healthy, the O's could have a very solid infield for many years.

Anthony Rendon is the favorite for #1. Matt Purke & Gerit Cole are also possibilities. 2011 draft looks to be much better for the #2-20 prospects.

    1) Anthony Rendon, 3B, Rice University

    2) Matt Purke, RHP, TCU

    3) Gerrit Cole, RHP, UCLA

    4) Taylor Jungmann, RHP, Texas

    5) Sonny Gray, RHP, Vanderbilt

LOTS of good arms in this draft

Also good: CJ Cron, C, Utah; Ricky Oropesa, 3B, USC

He probably will sign, and be between the best selections. Boras ideally might pick him in long island, and the Mets %. #7, we will see. i don't think of the Nats or Pirates (best 2 selections) can discover the money for him.
