Is it time to consider barring BP from federal oil leases?

BP has had 3 environmental convictions since 2000 -- Should we tell them to get off federal land?

No, regulate them to sensible operating procedures enforced by govt appointed inspectors instead of BP "inspectors" like GWBush allowed them to do.

BP should be able to drill wherever they want to. They don't need the government's permission.
