Medical Issue, Almost passed out..?!?
Let me start off by saying in the last week I've done over 10 hours of extremely hard yard work in hot weather. On Friday I got out of my car, and was speaking to my roommate, after about three minutes my stomach started feeling woozy. about a minute later my vision started to grey and my hearing started to sound "tunneling" I ended up laying on the ground and it went away, as I went to get up it started to happen again. I layed down for another 5 minutes got inside and felt Ok. (Besides a little dizzy) Later that day I went to the mall and had it happen again in a store, I had to lay down in the store (Which was embarrassing) The next day I didn't have any issues with passing out but I've had a headache, Dry mouth, tight chest and major night sweats constantly from Friday my muscles are also extremely sore. I don't really want to see a doctor, I've never really liked going to a hospital..Is there anyone that has an idea of what this might be?
I also wanted to Add that I've been on Jenny Craig for about 11 months and lost 145.5 pounds, I'm not sure if the diet could have anything to do with it?

You should see a physician. It could be dehydration, electrolyte
imbalance, or your sugar level going too low, or
heat stroke. If you lost alot of weight fast, it can place your body into a starvation mode where it is trying to protect itself. This also could be a minor stroke or heart attack. I would not fool with this...I would get in touch with the medical profession. A few blood tests could tell
the doctor an awful lot.
People who pass out do not have enough oxygen reaching
the brain. So lying down would help this. Elevating the
feet also helps. But if this is dehydration (you would need
IV fluids), electrolyte balance (blood work would show what
you are lacking, heat stroke (can be deadly if you don't
cool the body down, sugar levels (can cause serious problem
if your body lacks this in the cells, which need it for energy)
Yes, the diet may have something to do with it.
Best wishes...hope you get better soon.

1) Do you have piles 2) Asthma/chest infection 3) Pulled muscle 4) Sporting injury 5) Nervous twitch or tiredness 6) Headaches 7) Are 1 and 7 related? 8) Possibly related to 2 In any case it is not normal to be bleeding from the anus. Are you sure you are not feeling a bit paranoid and blowing these symptoms out of proportion. If it worries you that much then see a doctor, what's the worst that could happen. I have had a chest infection recently and I had some of these symptoms with it. When I'm tired I find my eyes twitch and that is easily remedied. I overdid it at the gym and now I find that my knees click around when I exercise now. I get splitting headaches every now and then but they soon go.

Make sure you're well hydrated - drink Smart Water, or Gatorade, something with electrolytes. Then call your doctor or go to urgent care. Get over your doctor phobia, you're being ridiculous. You might need intravenous fluids or it could be something worse.
