Ramadan: Why are people against hijab?

I think it is wonderful. I feel so much better when I wear it. How about you, ramadan ladies?

“And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, headcover, apron), and to draw their veils all over Juyoobihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms) and not to reveal their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband’s fathers, or their sons, or their husband’s sons, or their brothers or their brother’s sons, or their sister’s sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islam), or the (female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of feminine sex. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allaah to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful”


Is it because they want all women to walk around like this.....?

Woman body is designed to provoke the man's sex urge. All who say the contrary are stupid donkeys. A woman likes to draw attention, but doesn't like to be a sex slave. Funny though all those who speak about liberating women are men!!

Well, personally i think most girls find hijab an intimidating object. They think they wont make friends because all the kuffar wont find them to be in the "norm" or "cool.." girls nowadays want to be anything but nerdy or geeky lol. they just need some advice from a REAL hijabi, they need confidence and motivation..

and it dosnt help for the girls who grew up with moms who dont wear hijab, unfortunatly ive heard some sisters around here saying that their moms force them to take it off. how haraam. their mothers will get double the sins, for herself, and her daugher...

Because:
1)it's obligatory.you can wear that,but Sharia orders to force
everyone to wear it,which is hateful.
2)it's to conceal one's beauties,simply make her ugly.
3)it's a symbol of ultra-traditionalism,which itself is a great
barrier for our progress(I mean traditionalism,not hijab itself)
4)being a significant sign of sexism.
