Can a Province garnish wages of 30% even when you have two dependents?
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone knows how much a province is allowed to garnish off every pay check. keeping in mind that you have two children to support. Could it really be 30% of net income in canada?? Does anyone know how this works? Does anyone know if they can still take the 30%?

Garnishment percentages are not based on the number of children you have.
