I had a wave nouveau a week ago but the hair is still straight. How soon after this perm can I re rod my hair?

You could do 3 weeks if your hair is in excellent condition. That means, the strands aren't brittle and they barely stretch if you pull on one. Be sure to use a clairfying shampoo before you perm it and don't shampoo or condition for at least 24 hours after the perm.

I would wait a good four weeks. They put tons of chemicals in your hair when you get a perm. I know a friend who did it twice and the times were too close together so some of her hair fell out. I would wait a while. No need to rush. I'm sure you look great either way! (:
