That is not cheating. You should make sure you gave the best answer and many people will at least wait until the vote goes into tiebreaker before doing it.

No, it isn't because when a question goes into voting they don't tell you which one is whose, so there wouldn't even be a real way for you to honestly remember every single word you put and vote correctly for yours.There isn't even a way to catch you, and its not like you asked a question and answered it, you just voted for your answer.So what??

You can, but I still think it's considered cheating. You won't get reported or anything.
