boarding school for boys?

I have been caring for my 13 year old brother for a year now and he has continuously stolen me and my boyfriends belongings and lied to us. We used to punish him by making him exorcise because he is too big to be punished any other way (he's bigger and taller than both of us) and Im afraid if i resort to the old fashioned way (i was raised with a belt) it will turn into a full fight. Is there any kind of disciplinary boarding school that is in his age group that is in or close to oklahoma and has some sort of financial aid?
