Can you think of some advantages and disadvantages for this situation?

Right, last year our school changed the forms we were all in, but we were allowed to write a list of people we wanted to be in our forms and an option for people we didn't want to be with. I had fallen out with my friend Rachael at the time and so we both put our name down on this list.

Then I was consequently put in a form with no one on my list (of people i wanted to be with), and instead with all the plastics.

So I asked the head of year if I would be allowed to move forms and she told me 'oh give it half a term'. So i did, and then nothing happened.

Now, me and Rachael have made friends, and we both want to swap forms. We need to come up with an argument to persuade them to let us swap, so we want advantages of letting us swap, and then disadvantages that the teacher might come up with, so that we can shoot them down with another advantage.

So far we have:

We both want to be in each other’s forms.

I am friends with everyone in ARP.

I don’t have any close friends in my form.
