Htc Evo2 from sprint. It doesn't lock you into certain products like Apple does with the iphone, it has an android operating system (amazing), it was the first 4g phone (video calls and live webcam using wi-max) it has 2 cameras (one facing you and one facing away which is 5 megapixels) it has a 1GHz processor!!! which means that it will power through anything you can put it through, it has a huge multi-touch screen that can play HD movies and it is one of the sexiest phones. Oh and it's made by HTC, the best phone manufacturer in the world (in my opinion)

That's a tie between the Droid X and the iPhone 4 the competition just lags behind. The iPhone 4 has the gaming edge though.
