okay is there a diffrence beetween diving and jumping into water cause a life guard kick me out?

at a cummunity pool cause i was doing cannon balls is there a diffrence bettween diving and jumping i understand diving because you can hit your head but can someone tell me.

    Go back to the pool, go up to the lifeguard and tell them that they should take "lifeguarding" lessons again because im my eyes there is no specific difference.

    Because when you dive, your surface area is smaller and you would travel faster because there is less surface area for the water. But a cannon ball is a different story because you are in a ball formation and you have a larger surface area which would make you travel slower. So there would be absolutly no injury.

    i don't think he cared about you hitting your head....but rather about getting other people wet. when you dive, less water splashes off than when doing a cannon ball

    That lifeguard was probably just bored and wanted attention for some stupid reason.

    Maybe he kicked you out because your "peter" burns, and didn't want anyone to catch something.
