Music scale G flat on guitar?

on the G flat scale, where is the C flat on the guitar. Is it on the 2nd string on the 2nd fret (B)

and on the e flat scale is the first e on the fist string on the 14th fret. If yes, why doesn't it sound right to me. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

Update:

I did mean the 5th string, you are right. and in my second question i meant the first e flat.

i assume by 2nd string, u meant the 5th, the A string. in which case yes, the 2nd fret is a C flat, but it is just as much a C flat as it is a B. if you did actually mean the 2nd string , the B string, then that string played open is a C flat, the 2nd fret is a C sharp or a D flat.

on the 6th string, (low E) the 14th fret is an F sharp or G flat. the 1st E flat is located on the 11th fret
