how to make my wii sports cd work again?

well if you buy the wii everyone knows it comes with the wii sports. so my cd wa on the floor one day and my dog chewed it just a little its sjust a little dents in it...its not all major..but when i put it in the wii system....it says it unable to be read so i wanna know how to make it work again..

wii sports is fun

    go to Gamestop or Gamecrazy to see if you can have it fixed. If not, you're gonna have to buy a new disc

    It sounds pretty much broken. You can buy a Wii Sports replacement CD from Nintendo for 15$ here:

    You can't, it's broke if its bent or scratched enough.
