Is this not enough to make you boycott Land Rover?

strange, maybe she has some sort of credentials to fulfil this task. I've no idea if she is any good at this or not.

I used to work at the plant in Liverpool, I was on an unpaid industrial placement in 1994, the boss tried to get me to extend it and I said I wanted a paid job, he said the unions would not accept it and he couldn't do that. Since then I have been suspicious of unions.

Maybe VB is getting no pay for it, or maybe the unions could organize a walkout saying that one of their men should have got the job.

God alone knows what they'll charge for one which has her 'marque' on it, but it's probably worth an extra £3K per car alone. Can you imagine the leather imprinted with the DVB insignia? I just hope the Queen doesn't buy one or DVB could well end up with a Royal License! Some have said on here that she's talentless, ok she can't sing but she can make money, now that's a talent a lot could do with and she's exploiting it. Her dress designs are a laugh! The last Land Rover I ever rode in (prob. 20 years ago) was full of mud and had torn PVC seats, a hole in the floor and a dead sheep in the back. It may not have had windows either but I'm not 100% sure about that.

They are mad in Land Rover, with all the very good designers and artists that pimp out their Land Rovers and they go for the one singer that has never done it haa haa. Have never heard of anyone going oh wow man you got to check out what the Victoria babe done with the interior of her Land Rover man it is wack.

no doubt victoria will employ some people to do the work with her , she will no doubt have the choice of qualified designers to choose from

Let me see, if she has a full understanding of different textiles, polymers, plastics, wood veneers, ergonomics, geometry and engineering practice plus a degree in engineering design then I foresee no problems with it.

OK, let's see what we do know ....

She has none of the above.

She has no style.

She has no talent.

She cannot string a coherent sentence together.

No discernible ability except self publicity.

I think that Land Rover should re-think this move.

Land Rover's decision to use VB in their marketing is puzzling. I don't think that she does anything for the brand or will appeal to the new younger market that the new model is supposed to attract.

I know! I nearly vomited when I found out! God I hate Skeletal Spice. I used to be a massive fan of Land Rovers (especially the 1960's Series II) but they've lost their roots now and they've forgotten their roots.

Shame. A real shame.
