I've searched, but every program I find only does a limited number of songs then requires me to purchase me the product and I don't want to spend money on it.

once you're utilising workstation having residing house windows os then u can use residing house windows media participant itself to alter the mp3 tag like call or artist and so on. For Android telephone u can use ttpod or itag or many different from play keep.
