World Cup Jersey fitting help?

I want to buy a jersey off of worldsoccershop.com but I don't know wether to get a adult or youth jersey. When they say youth now do they mean youth like and 8yr old. I'm 16yrs old 140lbs and 5ft 5ins. What do you think?

    I would buy an adult jersey

    you can wear it longer and you might be upset if you buy an youth one

    and after washing it, it might be to small for you

    so I recommend to buy one of the smallest adult sizes

    But if you're still not sure just look up your size here
