Is it time for Congress to step up and Charge the President with Treason?
Treason is a political crime committed against a state or government to which the person charged with treason owes a duty of allegiance. The dictionary defines treason as a “violation of allegiance toward one’s country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of one’s country by waging war against it or by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies.”
If Obama has refused to protect this Nation, why should he be allowed to continue to serve as President...
Presidential Oaths of Office
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Nowhere does it say...the borders are to "Vast to Protect" the Nation or the People of the Nation....
the Laws of the Land are unenforceable.

Failure to follow his Oath of Office would be a more appropriate charge as treason would be difficult to prove by having only the evidence presented in the media.
None the less, Congress would not act with the Liberals in control.

You are seven years too late with that question.
We'll agree to bring up impeachment charges on Obama eight years to the day AFTER you folks bring up impeachment charges on Bush & Cheney for allowing 9/11 to happen despite the mountain of warnings and then using 9/11 as part of their web of lies to Congress (felony offense btw) and the People to force us into a counterproductive war against a country that never attacked or threatened us while our troops in the real war were dying from lack of help and resources in Afghanistan.
We'll give them the pass on the million plus counts of unconstitutional domestic spying (14th amendment) and the unconstitutional kidnapping and torturing (habeas corpus) if you just do the above.

LOL? What? WTF? Grow up.... He is another crooked, disgusting and vile politician. He is exactly what we should expect a democrat president to be. That said he was a better option than Palin. If you did or did not vote for him it does not matter. He made it clear he leaned more towards "social reform". Anyhow, grow up go graduate high school or learn to put your pull ups on right.
If you seriously believe this the constitution gives you the right to take your Kountry back by any means necessary. Rather than trying to start some type of argument on the net go get your guns and fix it.
have a bad day :)

How has President Obama refused to protect the nation, or is he waging war on his country or aiding America's enemies?
Yet another right wing loony that thinks that President Obama commits treason just by showing up to work.

It would be a good thing to do but they would never do such an unprecedented thing. It just has too many repercussions both domestic and foreign.
Its never gonna happen even if everyone wants it to.
