Is it safe for me to take creatine tablets ?
Im 17, been to the gym for about 7 months..... I have a good friend of mine with me when i go to the gym, he's around 35 and very muscly. He told me that it is a good idea to take creatine tablets which are new to help me with recovery and also gain size. Im no where near big, i have just gotten really defined and stuff. But im looking to get bigger.

It says that it shouldnt be used by people under the age of 21. Would it be dangerous?

that dosnt sound like a good kind to be taking
i dont think NO2 (nitric oxide) and creatine should be taken together
yes you can take creatin its completely safe and actualy is one of the supplement that has no unhealthy side effect... although creatine might cause some slight water retention in the muscles... wich usualy make your muscles seem bigger anyways so that could be good too its not bad for you though but when you stop your creatine you'll pee alot more till its gone lol
when you take it though you have to drink alot of water with it
you can take NO2 as well but should be taken 4hours appart from creatine
go ahead but the best is eather pure creatin tablets of micronized mono-creatine powder (mix 1 tea spoon in juice)
mono-creatine is the best and is found almost everywhere specialy gmc
walmart has a pre mixed form of it as well and creatine tablets too if you just want the tabs
brand dont really matter because creatin is a compotition no matter who makes it... its the exact same thing so if your getting tabs just go to walmart youll find it in the supplements in the pharmaceutical ile (close to vitamins)
forgot to mention if you drink alcohol or plan on drinking dont take your dose that night or the next day
creatine makes you absorb nutrients and water but alcohol dehydrates you
so you could get really dehydrated
just dont dose the day after drinking and drink lots of water then dose that night before bed or the next day all together
never take more than 1 dose at a time it will give you upset stomach
can be hard to mix too
definetly improves weight lifting but wont do anything if you dont actualy lift weights
but although strength gain made by creatine are usualy permanent size gain arent when you stop creatine you pee alot and practicaly deflate lol
what you might be looking for is a mass gainer basicaly just high calorie protein.... it will feed you muscles and tissue plenty of calories and make you actualy permanently bigger if you work out right it would be enought to get big without getting fat if you dont exercise youll just get fat lol
