I agree with those who said to set an alarm clock - that is if you have to take them at a precise time. Either that, or have someone wake you when it's time to take it. But, for the sake of answering your question, I would keep myself awake by keeping busy. Either talking to someone, coming on Y!A, some hobby or other activity or housework. If I sat in too comfy of a chair or got in bed and was tired, I'd probably fall asleep. Good luck! Hope feeling better. = )

Drink lots of coffee and dip your head in ice cold water. Or else if you need to have your medication at a certain time set an alarm clock.

just do what you love doing. when i am focused on something i don't realize anything that is "natural". example: i play a lot of video games and when i do this i don't blink, eat, use the bathroom, barely breathe, get sleepy, pain is numbed, etc. the mind is powerful tool, use it how you see fit. if all else fails just have a little "private time" to enjoy yourself. endorphins and adrenaline

im assuming you have to take it at a particular time.
personally i dont force myself to stay awake if im tired!
why dont you just set an alarm for the time you have to take it, go to sleep then take it when alarm goes off and then go back to sleep!

Rockstar energy drinks, foods high in sugar, the odd powder up the nose. Also I sometimes skip my antidepressant and mood stabiliser meds for a day here and there.
