How do I mount .iso to a virtual hard drive or use a cd/dvd to mount it...`?

Question

Hi, I downloaded Grand Theft Auto-Vice city and the readme tells me to Either mount .ISO's to virtual drive or burn to CD and install.
Whats the easiest out of the two and how do I do it...could someone help me out with step by step instructions...

download and install daemon tools or power-iso
