The first album ever bought for me was Emotions by Mariah Carey Christmas 1995 (I was 2) and the first single bought for me was Hero by Mariah Carey for Christmas 1995 (I think) but my the first album I ever bought that I can remember is Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel I got all my albums bought for me for Christmas or birthday but I do remember getting The Emancipation of Mimi just because it came out I got the day it was released.

It might have been Alice Cooper Goes to Hell. I remember my Mom buying me Monkees albums at the Piggly Wiggly when I was very young.
