What should I do with 22 egg yolks?

I just finished baking two angel food cakes and now have 22 egg yolks to spare. Suggestions on what to do with them? Thanks. :)

Egg yolks (and whites) may be frozen individually. I use egg yolks only in my custard, three for every whole egg called for. This gives a much silkier texture to the custard. Another use I like is to hard cook them by putting them into an egg coddler or custard cups in a pan off simmering water, then deviling them and instead of stuffing hard cooked egg whites I stuff cherry tomatoes or broiled mushroom caps or spread the stuff on crackers. You can also mix two with 4 ounces of beer for an egg and beer shampoo, gives your hair great body and shine, really!

What an opportunity! Make creme brulee. The more egg yolks the better with that stuff. The more you use yolks only with no whites, the tenderer it gets. And cooks.com has a recipe for an egg yolk sponge cake that uses 12 egg yolks. I'm sure you could cheat and use 11 and get two cakes to freeze.

i think of the story of a bright coat is that in case you wash your cat's fur with uncooked egg yolks. there is not any reason your cat can no longer have demanding boiled yolks or any yolks as long as they're thoroughly cooked. particularly some cat ingredients have egg product in them. it incredibly is beneficial to decrease your cat's intake to one yolk an afternoon till you get a feeling for the smell from the cat's output!

    Custard, flan, or creme brulee!!!

For brownies, I usually do half whole eggs and half egg yolks to make a richer, denser brownie. A simple yellow cake with just egg yolks would also do.

try this recipe and then freeze the cakes for later.

My mother always made a sunshine cake with the yolks after making angel food cakes.

this recipe is as close as I can find to hers which, sadly, died with her 15 years ago.

You could use them to make butter cream frosting for your cakes. Here is a recipe:
