Are the Ambrosia White Chocolate Bark squares tempered? I need to dip my strawberries today, and I can't find?
a chocolate thermometer. I tried going to the Ambrosia website, but that didn't help!

Chop the chocolate that you plan on using into fairly uniform pieces. They don't have to be real small but they will melt easier if they have been broken up.
What I do is melt 3/4 of the chocolate that you plan on using, after the chocolate has melted add the other 1/4 of the chocolate. This will melt and sort of temper the chocolate with out having to use a thermometer. I have done this many times and never had a problem.
