Your favorite Final Fantasy game?

Final Fantasy VIII, but I may be biased since it was my first FF. ;D Or was my first FFX-2? (Lol, which is not the best to start with.)

But it was my favorite because, let's be honest, who doesn't appreciate a good love story? And also because it pushed the capabilities of the PS1 and brought in beautiful CG cutscenes. I replay it every once in awhile and I'm still amazed at how nice the cutscenes are. The characters also make the game for me, especially since you can see Squall open up more and more as you progress through the game.

VII hands down! I really couldn't get into VIII, hated Tactics, V was alright, Dirge was good bc it had Vincent (awesome character) and the other person was right X & X2 both needed something but I'm not sure what. (Although once I figured out blitzball I was hooked:). In VII I could do Chocobo racing allday (and still put it in sometimes just to do it) and Barret cussed! VII is a must have classic. All that being said, the graphics on XII are BOSS! I also love that it's not a linear game & I can come & go as I please. GAMBITS! GAMBITS! GAMBITS! What I wouldn't have given for those and my mp refilling by walking in VII. If they could redo VII w/ X2 graphics and system, but change nothing else....I'd be in heaven.

Seven. Its characters were the most interesting, and the mood was an interesting somber future setting, which was unique at the time. It has the most success spawning a movie, an OVA, and several spin-off games.

X as it is my first final fantasy on the playstation (i played 7 on my dads pc at his pc shop when i was 3.)

Final Fantasy X (10) everything was made great. Terrific Storyline. terrific graphics and playing blitzball was always really fun. Nothing could have made it better

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance! I.. I love montblanc ^.^ Moogles with Guns.

FFXIII is pretty cool to... Basch is neat.

first ff game i played ( not my first rpg )

and the only one in the series i like not hard to make it my favorite then

final fantasy VII was my all time favorite my 2nd favorite was FFX

I think that I liked the 9th one for ps1
