Is there a parking lot near the George Washington Bridge?
My Dad and I are thinking about biking NYC, and biking across the GWB... Is there a parking lot walking distance away to the GWB on the New Jersey Side? Thank you so much if you answer!

I believe there is on at the Linwood Plaza Shopping Center on Fletcher Avenue in Fort Lee. This is the closest one to the GWB and it an 18 minute walk from there. The link below are the walking directions from the mall to the walking path of the GWB.
Good luck

Depends on where ypu are coming from. If from south of the city, cross the Outerbridge, tske the Staten Island Expressway to exit 13 (Clove Road-Richmond Road) and find parking wih no meters. Bike to the Staten Island ferry (which is free) and take it to Manhattan. If coming from the north bike down Broadway in the Bronx, park when you reach Manhattan. If from the west, drive over the George Washington Bridge, once in Manhattan go north until you find free (no meters) parking.

The Linwood Plaza parking lot has signs warning they will tow if cars are left for more than 4 hours. Probably better off parking at Fort Lee Historic Park which is closer. Signs say it closes after dark, but the gate was still open when I returned an hour after sundown.

Yes. It's called the Cross Bronx Expressway.
Jokes aside, there's a couple along 182nd, 181st, and Broadway between 176 and 177 streets.
