Avast AV found a threat, wants to move it to chest if I do will it stop PC sound ?

Avsat says=> severity Low
recommends " Move to Chest "
my only concern is,will it cause PC " Sound "
to mess up?
Should I comply? or fix it? I am not a great PC fix it person,I have fixed a few minor,
things,but this could be bigger than my PC skills. What do you think?
oh..kingchee..I can move it, just did not know if,
doing so,would cause PC sound to stop or mess up.
So I was wondering if it can be fixed.But some,
of the answers seem to thing it will not,so I am,
now leaning towards placing it chest,and observe the PC for a few days,then see if it ,
broke anything.

c:\system Volume is nothing to do with your sound.
Just move it to the chest, if computer works ok for a few days see if Avast will let you delete it.

If you can't move it to the chest then it means the the infection is locked in a system restore point. If so turn off system restore before you run a scan and do not turn it back on until your Avast scan says your computer is clean. Don't forget to make a new restore point after you are infection free.

by moving to chest, means it's still there, but inactive, if you need to restore it. if pc runs ok after a couple days, go into avast and delete it.

Moving this to the chest will prevent it from doing any further damage. Once it is in the chest remove it, for there's no need for it to be in there.
