While there many be some businesses who align people looking to do this with people selling their homes, this isn't a "program".
You can do this on your own by contacting agents or people selling their homes and offering your services. You'll be expected to have decent furniture, no pets, and to live very lightly in the house. You'll also be responsible for keeping it clean and ready to go with an hour's notice.

Check with real estate agents. When we moved across the country, we had someone live in our home that was for sale. They paid utilities and kept the house clean and staged. Of course, soon as the house sells, you have to move.
