I have built up to 245lbs. but I am stuck. I weigh 175lbs. and I feel like I can bench more. My problem is that my left shoulder and triceps give out before my chest does. I have tried changing my routine to include less shoulder and triceps exercises thinking that I might have tear or I might be wearing them out, but that didn't work, so I did the opposite and it hasn't changed. I have also tried to do other exercises to give my stabilizing muscles a chance to build up, but that hasn't done anything either. Any suggestions?
