whats involve in geting spouse visa?

How do i go on Geting a spouse Visa, for my non australia wife.?

I recently got married to a non Australia girl who is currently staying on a student visa,

and i would like to know the easy way to apply for a spouse visa,.. i would appreciate help from anyone who as gone through the same thing or as knowledge on what i should do.
