Website looks wonky in IE7 & 8?

This is the website:

www.trimdeco.com

And as ironic as it is (web design website having problems hurrr) I can't get my page to display correctly in IE. I'm about to pull my hair out!

Update:

I tried that and it still looks messed up D: (compatibility button)

    compatibility mode button to the right of the address bar

    The Website was probobly made for an earlier version of the browser... press the compatibility view button (looks like ripped paper near refresh button). im uswing IE 8 and that fixed it
