Shell Oil Company Protect,Operator that Stole Land and Mineral,How would you feel?

The State found us to be the rightful owner,once this happen the Oil company such as Shell suppose to release the funds,instead that there operator and iit was put to me By Shell as this is not your,the Rail Road Commission stated once you provide proof the oil company suppose to pay up well the sate provided the proof and gave us a owner number and sent the paper work to that county and told us that this is our property,Shell division Order Department is not aware of that I know of the Royality Fraud in April of 2010,but I didn't know that they did business and protect operator that stole Land.
