I am an Asian American who attends a Black church and Raychelle sounds fine, kind of like a french or creole version of rachel. I have a friend named Nayshayle spelled exactly like that.

Kelicia is pretty, but Ray'Chelle looks ghetto. Any name with apostrophes stuck in the middle looks ghetto.

Both names sound really ghetto. It sounds like your parents wanted to make the name Felicia "unique" and Ray'Chelle looks like it should be pronounced Rachel, just spelt really trashy.

My friends name is Rachelle, pronounced the same as Ray'Chelle...Prefer your spelling than hers though.
Wouldn't say I'm a great fan of it though, but it's different.
Kelicia is pretty and very unique

I amazingly dislike names with unnecessary punctuation and capital letters. So just that alone leads me to dislike the name Ray'Chelle.

i think both your names are a bit ghetto.. not the type of names id really choose, but if you like them thats all that matters :-)

I'm not fond of hyphenated names, I just think they look plain trashy.
I suggest spelling it differently, perhaps Rashelle, Rayshelle, or Raeshelle.
