Can I send bluebell seeds to New Zealand?
Not much more to say really. I am in England and Mum in New Zealand. She would dearly love to grow the English Bluebells there.

hello from watching many gardening programmes i think bluebells are a protected species and also i think that thier customs would not allow these through they are very strict about these things

I have never really thought that much about getting in trouble about sending anything through the mail if that is what they want.

No you cannot it is against the law it will harm the wild life and agriculture. so i would not recommend it.

they are very strict here in n.z. make enquiries at n.z.house . i am sure the seeds can be bought here
