Shaquille O'Neal or Hakeem Olajuwon?

If he would of retired after the Heat won the title in 06', he would be viewed as one of the top 3 centers of All-Time.

For some reason him staying in the league beyond his prime years, haS tarnished his legacy. (at least it seems like it, from the comments posted on Y/A).

normally, when talk about their all time performance, olajuwon is better sliqhtly

like this olajuwon is a 95.4 overall and shaq was a 93-94 overall rate

but the peak of shaq was better than the peak of olajuwon

the peak of shaq happen in 2000-1999 season

the peak of olajuwon happen in 1989-1990 season

but if you talk about laker's shaq or rocket's hakeem olajuwon, then rocket's olajuwon was sliqhtly better than laker's shaq, because when shaq was in the lakers, he wasn't always perform at his 2000 season level

Hakeem.

Very hard one. Shaquille's power and size and post moves versus Hakeem's quickness and finesse. But I would give it to Shaq

hakeem olajuwon because he can make free throws shoot the jumpshot and is more funner to watch and hakeem is much faster and quicker than shaq.

Great question. I think they're equal. Shaq being the strongest most powerful center ever against Olajuwon the smoothest, quickest, best shooting and best post center ever. I enjoyed watching them both.

shaq. just give him the ball and about 60% of the time, he'll make the bucket. just don't give him the ball when the other team plays hack-a-shaq.
