how do i make myself stand out against guys in frats?

Im sorry but being in a Frat just isn't for me. Most of the one's i've encountered are douches. The problem with that choice is many of the girls that im interested in are all over the Frats. How can i distinguish myself from those guys?

Update:

Thank you, that gives me some confidence

You don't... Sorority sisters only date frat guys... Most frats have a related sorority and vise versa... Girls from that sorority are referred to as "Little sisters". And frat guys are generally encouraged to only date their "little sisters".

If you want a little sister, you must be a fratboy... They won't look at you otherwise...

Sorry hun, but Polly is wrong. I'm in one of the most prestigious sororities on my campus & I am not dating a guy in a frat. My boyfriend & I started dating about a year after I pledged & I actually turned down a frat guy for him. We've been together for about 2 1/2 years now & plan to get married next summer. What really set him apart for me was that he was a genuine, down to earth guy who cared about more than going out and partying all the time. Even from the beginning he could always make me laugh & he completely understood/shared my strange sense of humor. He also had an overwhelming amount of confidence when he asked me out, even though he knew I had been talking to another boy in my sorority's brother frat, which also made him stand out a lot. So basically, be yourself and be confident, that always works best. and if you get turned down by a girl, don't get discouraged, she obviously wasn't the right one for you and will realize her mistake later =-)
