Like if someone dies in a movie theater, or in a resturant?

They would investigate, close down the place, and if its a crime do a anaylas, then move the body where cause of death can determinded.
It's bacially like dying at home, except the next day most likley the place would be allowed to open up again... and at a home, unless its a crime, you would be more likely to be able to stay the night.

A bum died behind my office building, in the alley. PD showed up with the coroner, looked around and then loaded the guy into the wagon and left.
End of story.
